VIC:Ned Kelly suit on show at Beechworth

NED KELLY's famous suit of armour has gone on display at Beechworth .. as part of the
Victorian rural city's seventh annual Ned Kelly weekend.

The bushranger's armour which is held at the State Library of Victoria will join the
three other suits worn by the Kelly Gang members at the siege of Glenrowan.

It's only the fourth time the suits have been displayed together .. and the first time
that NED KELLY's suit has moved outside a capital city.
